1. Daylight until after 8 p.m.
2. Temperatures above 50 degrees.
3. Plants coming up and buds on trees.
4. Raking your grass and fertilizing it.
5. The local golf course is busy and it's only 55 degrees out.
6. Opening the windows and airing out the house.
7. An all day rain which turns the grass from brown to green.
8. The only snow left is on the ski hills and in the parking lots.
9. Being able to run again outside.
10. Local flowermarts opening.
